Encouragement is the act of inspiring hope, confidence or courage in someone through positive reinforcement and emotional support. It focuses on a person’s effort and growth rather than just their final achievement by helping them to build inner resilience .
Resilience is the ability to recover, bounce back, or adjust easily to misfortune, change, stress, or trauma.
