‘“You are the light of the world. A city that is set on a hill cannot be hidden. Nor do they light a lamp and put it under a basket, but on a lampstand, and it gives light to all who are in the house. Let your light so shine before men, that they may see your good works and glorify your Father in heaven.’

Responsibility can be described as having Good judgment, the ability to make decisions on your own and the ability to act correctly, concerning something that has been assigned to you.
Developing a Sense of Responsibility for whatever is assigned to you, is having an awareness of your obligations or duties, the willingness to take ownership of or commitment to, your role and the readiness to be accountable for your actions and their consequences, both positive and negative.
