What is Mental Health?

 What is Kindness?

Kindness can be described at treating others with care, respect, and consideration, motivated by a desire to help and uplift, rather than seeking personal gain or reward. It involves being thoughtful, empathetic, and compassionate, often expressed through small acts of generosity and support. It is a selfless act.

What is Hatred?

Hatred is extreme dislike or disgust for someone. Where there exists hatred there’s a hindrance to the flow of (Kindness) care, respect, Consideration or desire to help and uplift one another If is a selfish act..

What is Fear?

This is a natural defensive response in all humans which is triggered by the anticipation or awareness of danger, harm, or pain. It can be both helpful and harmful to our survival. Fear is trigger by the absence of Love. Fear and not hatred is the opposite of Love.
