Notes:
A stronghold describes a fortification of high walls that is built to protect the interest of builder and making laws that limits access to resources or people within the fortress.
Fear is a natural, intense emotion experienced in anticipation of danger or pain, often accompanied by a desire to flee or fight or Freeze, and can manifest physically and emotionally.
The presence of fear is a Stronghold that can be extremely limiting. Fear can easily hold you back from doing the needful.
Types of Fear
- Fear of Commitment: the fear of dedicating yourself to something for a long time, whether that’s a job, a goal, a city, or a relationship
- Fear of Success : is the anxiety or apprehension surrounding the potential consequences of achieving one’s goals, rather than the achievement itself,
- Fear of Failure : is an intense and irrational fear of making mistakes or not achieving one’s goals. The fear of failure may also be related to being a perfectionist.
