The Lord bless you. Today we are collectively doing a review of Mark 1 and 2. Come prepared to share your discovery notes with all and learn something new.
Mark is the shortest of all of the gospels. It is a non-stop action book that highlights Jesus’ life in ministry, compressed into sixteen chapters. Mark was written for a non-Jewish audience so it easier to understand for most people who don’t have a background in the Old Testament.
It intention of this study is for “us” to have a fresh look and perhaps gain new understanding of this marvelous book.
Jesus Himself asked the disciples and others many questions in His ministration. And I believe that those who are challenged to think and consider the text for themselves will be both more likely to remember it and to obey it.
